Thirsty Tuesday Challenge!

How about we all try to have no soda...diet or otherwise! No juice drinks today! No SoBe, diet Lipton, Zero Vitamin water etc.
Let's focus on water today. If you must have carbonation sparkling water will do...even a skeptic like me likes it! HA!

  • Oh man! Thats gonna be a tough one, lol....No juice I can do with, but the soda.....IDK about! I only have one a day and I need the caffiene to get thru my 10 hour shift,lol.

    Good idea! I find I'm getting away from my water intake, and when that happens I almost always have a gain.

    I'm definitely in for this one... I am working on my 6th cup of water already :) IDK why but when I drink lots of water I always feel "smaller".. I'm guessing it's just in my head but hey whatever works right!! :)

    Perfect. I've had 11 cups of water so far and no other beverages.

    Be careful not to overdue the water. You could get a UTI.

    Easy challenge for me, since water and coffee, and tea, are the only things I drink!
