Ok! So l lost 7 pounds in a month and see a big difference. that said I did a lot more than just the 30ds.

I mixed it up with turbo fire (fire & hiit workouts) walks, some extra core ect. I did miss a few due being sick and my bachelorette.

Also, I ate very well. I don't eat meat but wanted to prove to myself the last 2 weeks that I could eat low carb high protein and I did. I lost 4 pounds during the last 2 weeks due to high p low c.

I will try to post photos when I am back from my destination wedding in 2 weeks. Until then my profile photo fro
    2 weeks ago.

I hate that I haven't been able to get online much the past few days and upload my before and after pictures, but I've FINALLY been able to get around to it. I lost 6 inches total (can't find the paper where I wrote down the exact measurements) and I'm feeling pretty good! I'm started Ripped In 30 soon and I'm very pumped about it : ] I'm hoping for some good results!

Good job! I bought 5 lbs weights and I'm thinking of doing ripped with those. The only thing is I'm training for a half marathon and my workout schedule is already pretty intense to add in additional time each day. Is ripped 20 minutes too?
