Let's start a work out page.

To start add the exercise pieces you have. List DVD's, Treadmill, ect.

Than list a few things you do to exercise. Together I will make up a list and we can challenge each other.

    Treadmill, Elliptical, several dvds and Les Mills Pump!

    I have a treadmill, several FIRM DVD's/fanny lifter/stick/weights, walk away the lbs, hand weights, 30 day shred, Jillian Michael yoga, yoga booty ballet...

    I recently started doing the "couch to 5 K" (C25K) plan (w/ the phone app) on my treadmill and the 30 day shred. I'm going to stick with these two exercises for the duration of each program .. I may incorporate zumba classes again.

    **Has anyone looked into their local library to try DVD's before you buy them? I have zumba fitness on hold so hopefully I get it soon.. If I lOVE it, I'm going to buy it!
