Welcome, you'll get lots of info, advice and motivation on MFP......what's nice is that we're from all over the world (even though this is the Team UK page), all different ages and sizes and our own reasons for wanting to change our eating habits, and whatever problem you may find as you walk along there's always someone who is/has been in the same boat and are willing to help.
