Hi all! I just got started and was calculating to see how many calories I need to eat. It came out to almost 1,800. I know I will be working out hard but that just seems like a lot! Any feedback would be great.

I'm 5'6", 181 lbs and have a desk job.

    I used the calculation that they provide in the TurboFire book.

    That is about what I eat actually I eat about 1900 and I am 5 foot 1 and 132.
