            Hi everyone happy to say my weight is finally coming down with the challenge of week 1. I am starting this week at 147 HORRAY. I havent lost allot but i notice that this past sunday when i went to church my clothes fit a bit better.0

 Remembered to weigh myself this week! Better than I was expecting as I had a lot of food-related social events last week and was a bit of a pig (all the running is making me eat like a horse!). Unfortunately this week looks like it's going to be more of the same... Need to learn to control myself!!0
