1st Weekly Challenge Start on July 1, 2012: Fitness

Okay guys, since we are relatively small in population, challenges would temporarily come from me. BUT if you have a very good idea please dont hesitate to tell and the group would settle which is which.

Now for the first challenge:
START- Sunday July 1, 2012
END- Saturday July 7, 2012

NOTE: This fitness challenge would challenge you to move and be active. Exercises are generally light and mostly cardio. Also these exercises are basic, no machine is required. Before you exercise do not forget to warm up!

1st day WALK IN BRISK MODE FOR 15mins
2nd day DO 50 JUMPING JACKS and 10 CRUNCHES
3rd day DO 30 JUMPING JACKS, 10 CRUNCHES AND WALK FOR 10 MINUTES
4th day REST
5th day WALK FOR 15 MINUTES, JOG FOR 5 MINUTES, 70 JUMPING JACKS, 5 PUSH UP and 10 CRUNCHES
6th day 100 JUMPING JACKS, 10 MINUTES OF WALKING, 6 MINUTES OF RUNNING, 5 PUSH UPS
7th day 20 MINUTES OF WALKING, 10 MINUTES JOGGING, 50 JUMPING JACKS, 5 PUSH UPS, 20 CRUNCHES

    I like that everything on the list is doable at any fitness level! Will be doing these extras for sure!
