    I realised I’d put my start weights in all wrong - too used to our stones and pounds here … and rubbish at conversions obviously! Anyway, am happy that I’ve lost my TOM weight and an extra pound too. Have a fantastic rest of the week everyone!

    one pound down!! i am glad to see that :smile: going camping and then to family reunion next week, so that gives me an incentive to stay on course and fit in my shorts next week!!!!! new weight, 179 :wink:

    Well, it is AF time & I gained a little (+.4) this week. Next week should show a loss for sure !
