Lost 5 solid, genuine pounds through diet and gym. Really pleased with myself - 7 would have been nice but I'm really chuffed. Thanks Shegeek for starting the group (although... Where are you?!)

7 Lbs lost -- I just made it!
I dunno what was up with that plateau from the 8th to the 22nd -- my weight dipped down a little on some days in that time but it basically didn't change a ton overall until this week when it dropped again. Whatever --- as long as I see the results! I know in the week of 22-29 I started upping my cardio a little by running (very short distances, barely "running" at all I was so slow, but still) so I think that helped me. I also changed my activity level from "slightly active" to "sedentary" so my total limit was lower, because I was finding it really easy to stay under 1600. That put me at about 1400 and I usually try to undershoot. I guess I need to do more cardio if I want to step it up!0 -
