Weight lifted tracker

MFP doesn't allow you to easily track the weights you have lifted from day to day (I have to copy to todays date the lasdt routine I had to see what weight I last lifted, but would be nice to see on a graph to see how progressing) - are there any other good weight lifting trackers out there that anyone uses?

There is a Stronglifts 5X5 tracker app for the iPhone/iPad but I don't think you can graph from it. You'd have to put the data manually into a spreadsheet.

This, being able to throw in small notes while working out will get more and more useful as you progress. You could easily set up a spreadsheet to log it all into later if you wanted to.

I just set up a very basic spreadsheet. If I need more, will have to ask my son to set it up

I really like GymGoal+ for the iPhone.
Gives you complete flexibility and control for splits, various types of sets, etc.
