I like to move it, move it---exercise?

Hey everyone! Happy Saturday!

What is everyone doing for exercise/moving this weekend? Exercise is one area that I need to become a habit. It's easier for me when I'm on vacation. It is when work starts back up and I'm too tired at night to go that it becomes a problem. I'm hoping to set up routines now, so that when September hits, It will be a part of my every day activities.

Saturday-90min. H20 fitness-the instructor was AMAZING! She worked us hard, and I needed it!
-We were at the pool for about 1 1/2 hours; leisurely swimming-I did do exercises while "chilling" out

Sunday-60 min. H20 fitness class; I think we are swimming afterward--they Y is having a 4th of July Celebration; so we might stay for that.

Those are my exercise plans. What about you?

    I did some walking today and am going to do more later when it cools down some. As for tomorrow, I am trying to find a slow hiking partner who can put up with my limping, if not, I will swim and walk.

    I wanted to explain my weight loss...

    I realized that I had a different MFP and looked up the info. About a year ago I was 309, that calculates my weight loss at 27lbs.

    I was not consistent with weight loss. When I do exercise, eat right, drink water, I lose weight. I have a hard time sticking to it. This time has to be the time. I can't begin to explain the excitement I feel when I have little pain in my knees. It was bad, very bad the past few months. I had to do something. I keep reminding myself that I'm getting stronger. I have to take the time and take care of me. My life was slipping away and I FINALLY realize it is in my control. I CAN do this!
