    Hello I'm Sam from Wakefield (although from darn sarf originally) I'm 40 and about 3 stone overweight and really want to shift some blubber. My downfall is savoury stuff and sitting on my backside all day so my cunning plan is to move more and not just to go and get another pie ;)
