So did a 2.5 mile run today so 1.5 miles more than my target will be awesome if I can keep that up for the week :)

How has everyone else done today :)

I walked for just over 2 miles today, so I'm calling it 2 miles exactly ;-) Been ill this week, so have taken it easy, will be back to normal tomorrow :-)

Did a big walk and played some football, but counting the miles on the treadmill so zero for 1 July (ran 3 miles yesterday though - a PB!!)

Just completed my 1 mile run today at about 11.5 minutes. Trying to get down to a 7 minute mile.
  • Did a combo of running and walking for a total of 5.25 km (or 3.2 miles)! Starting strong! Now only 28 miles to go!

Monday - 3 mile walk/jog is scheduled for today, so it's actually my day 1.

Glad to see that you all met your day 1 goal!!

I was able to get a strong 4 mile walk in yesterday. Feels good! Hopefully I'll be able to repeat that again today!

I didn't fit in a run because I worked double shifts (sucked cause it was Canada Day to!) but will make up for it this week :)
Good job everyone who ran, keep it up!

    I wasn't feeling well on July 1st, so I didn't do ANYTHING. Didn't even walk a lot.

Today, I want to make up for it, but I'm going to the San Diego Fair. I'll do a lot of walking, but it doesn't count for my running that I'm aiming for. And, don't worry, I'm pretty good about saying no to "fair food". I'm not worried about that.

I'm going to make up for the missed running on Wednesday morning and run 3+ miles before 4th of July activities start.

Thanks to this challenge I dragged myself from doing some crazy boxercise routine into the gym onto a treadmill. Dying now!! Did 3 miles in 30 mins, trying to keep it at that pace until it becomes easier before trying to go faster.

Good job gang, some varied targets from everybody and they're all 100% credible because they're YOUR targets. Awesome.
  • I'm back!!! I did another 2 miles of walking on 7/2.

    My total overall= 5.2 miles.

Only 25.8 miles to go! Great job to everyone else, too! It looks like everyone is really getting out there lately :-)

Okay... yesterday was a rest day, but today I jumped 'head first'... or um... 'feet first'... LOL... right into it. This morning started with my Week 3 - Day 1 session of C25K in which I make sure I walk/jog for 3 miles. After that I walked to and from work with a noon walk in there also which amounted to 5.5 miles. Yayyy... so now I am on par with the 4 miles a day I was going to do.

Great job everyone for gettin' up and movin'. Keep it up. =)

I added this challenge to my monthly stationary bike riding goal (150 miles). Feels good to do more than 30 minutes of exercise!

Missed day one (7/1). Did 1.25 miles today (7/2) in addition to 5.5 miles on the bike.
