Hi everyone.

I am on w2d7 however yesterday I didn't do TF as I was very hungover :-/
My Q is should I do yesterday and todays workouts or just todays? What is the 'norm'?

    If I miss a work out I just pick up where I left off, so I wouldn't do the day I missed, I would just do the day I was scheduled to do.

    This...I wouldn't take my rest day Wednesday then as well so that you are all caught up :)

    If yesterday was the day I missed. I act like it didn't happen and do what I was supposed to do yesterday. Then I don't take my rest day if I don't feel like I need it. I stopped looking at the schedule rigidly. I just put a check mark in each day as I do it. Some weeks I have to scramble the workouts if my schedule gets hectic. Just do what works for you.
