I was going to take the scale with me but was told NO!!! So I weighed in this morning and was very proud. Lost 5 lbs and a lot of inches. Most people think I've lost like 10lbs but I'll just smile. Wishing you all a great 4th of July. We will be in Ocean City MD.

    GREAT WORK COCO!!!!!!!! It's so rewarding to feel that sense of accomplishment when you haven't nickeled and dimed yourself to death on the scale. I'll take large losses over small losses anyday!
