Other than calorie counting on here what other ways are you trying to lose weight.
I've picked up running and cycling.
Didn't enjoy it at first but starting to really enjoy it now

    I went Paleo two years ago, and do mostly strength training with minimal cardio.

    Hillwalking is my big hobby and passion - plus 8 hour walks burn a fair amount of calories! I'm also doing Power 90 just now, which is making a big difference in my strength

    I like mountain climbing/hill walking
    I did quite a bit earlier in the year when it was colder
    bought new hiking boots since and haven't worn them yet.
    need to get back up them mountains

    Hello all.

    Of course I started the calorie counting and also working out. I have made myself a nice 31 month body transformation guide to help push myself to the wedding. I have been writing to a blog nearly everyday for the past 2 weeks to try and stay motivated.
