I am!!! Look back at Week 1 and evaluate what you did good and not so good. Repeat the good, throw away the bad and let's start fresh. Stick with the Powerfoods! Keep it simple and when in doubt, drink a protein shake. It is very filling and depending on how you prepare it, can be very delicious!
