Been dying to try PB2 since I read about it and found a UK website selling.

Got delivered today and OMFG, it is amazing!

If you haven't heard of it, it's powdered peanuts where the fat has been extracted (to make peanut oil) and you make it up with water to get the protein and fibre (and taste!) benefits without the fat.
Looking forward to using it as a sprinkle on stuff and making shakes.

http://bellplantation.com/products

2 tablespoons of powder (12g) mixes with 1 tablespoon of water (15g) to give a portion of 27g

Cals // Protein // Fat // Sat Fat // Fibre
45 // 5 // 1.5 // 0 // 2

27g of std PB:

Cals // Protein // Fat // Sat Fat // Fibre
167 // 6.4 // 13.5 // 2.5 // 1.7

Got it from these people

That's really weird. I eat peanut butter BECAUSE it has calories and fat in it

Seems pointless...peanut butter is a poor source of protein to start with.

Why would I buy this over a cheap whey protein product which would give me more protein per serving anyway?

Thanks for sharing this :-) I was looking at PB2 last week but didn't get any when I saw it was not available from UK retailers. I love the taste of peanut butter and this should meet my craving without too much calorie damage.

Weird and pointless to you guys, delicious and low in fat to others like me :)

Not advocating it as a whey substitute or a mechanism to load up on cals, just a tasty alternative ingredient for folks who like PB but without the cals.

Try dipping a banana in it, wow.

Loads of recipes on the website too:
