Week 1 Weigh In

Hey Everyone! Remember tomorrow is our first weigh in since this challenge began! Please post JUST your current weight. Measurements will be later this month. Please don't be discouraged by what the scale says.
A few tips for weighing:

Weigh the same time of day every time
Weigh in the exact same thing (clothing) every time (or naked your choice :p)
Weigh without your shoes. People tend to weigh with their shoes and then want to take off 5 pounds for shoes, I hope no one is wearing 5 pound shoes!
Morning is usually the best time to weigh yourself.
Weigh yourself 3 times for confirmation of weight.

If you are in this group, PLEASE post your measurements here. This group is about encouragement. This should be a safe place. I will be posting a "Challenge" for everyone for this week later this evening.

    Whoops I had entered this in the wrong place. My weight as at 6.30 am Tuesday morning is 144.6 lbs. (I'm a little early as I live in the UK). Great job everyone and keep going!! :)

    Weigh in at 255 lbs I've put on 1.2lbs from last week. I know why not happy with my self but this is a new week!

    I weigh in on Mondays, and came in at 186.2, it is a .6 gain from last week, but I started Tae Bo and have been building muscle.

    I posted mine on the other thread yesterday, it was 232 for 07/03 no loss :( but TOM is rearing it's ugly head too, so hopefully next week will show my effort

    My weight on Monday, 07/02 was 157.6.

    My week 2 weigh in as of 6.30 Tuesday 10th July is the same 144.6lbs - no change at all : (

    To be fair I wasn't very good on my weekend away. I could have practised a lot more willpower, and this is my body paying me back for it! Next week I will be much better!!

    Way to stick with this everyone! Especially those of you who have posted already! I woke up motivated to get on the scale! I'm so glad I have a group that has similar goals!
