Yup, I was diagnosed last October after the injury late August. Still suffering.

I've been dealing with it for 5 years now, first in my neck and this past year in my lower back. Just got to a point where I could start walking for exercise. Do you have any exercises that you are able to do?

I'm currently working out with a trainer at the gym. She's careful to make sure my back is supported at all times and we back off of anything that causes a 'bad' hurt. We're working on strenghtening my core, hamstrings etc. and stretching out my piriformis.
I'm going back to my physio next week as i haven't seen him since last October when WSIB cut me off. Just want to make sure that I'm not doing anything wrong at the gym.

Kinda...my spondylolisthesis is crushing my nerves. I'm pretty much unable to do any hard workout.. I do planks and a few modified core exersises and child pose stretches for my back.

Pilates has helped my back pain. Some of the beginning moves are subtle but helpful.

I would check into spinal decompression It made a hudge difference in my husband his pain level went way down to on most days he is pain free and he can walk with no assistance
You can google it make sure you go to one doctor supervised do not go to a spa they will only hurt you
If you go to a dr supervised office to have it done your health insurance will cover it
You can have this done as long as you have not had a fussion done Trust me avoid having back surgery I would exhaust everything first I had back surgery on my low back and Im worse off then i was befor the surgery surgery caused even more perm nerve damage If I had it to do again I wouldnt have surgery
    Anyway check into Spinal Decompression
