Really great video, it put my finger on why I binge. Once I eat one bad thing that I'm BADLY craving, I think it's all over and eat everything in site. I wonder if there's a way to stop this thought in it's track?
Last night, I got rid of all my peanut butter also - as that is definitely my trigger food.
