This week's total = 1,319 calories burned so far... at least it's something.. next week I'll be gone on a missions trip, so I'm going to weigh in tomorrow morning and add it to the excel sheet. On the trip, I plan on doing cardio every morning.0

heres what i have done so far.
Mon: 821 cals burned (easports active on the wii)
Tues: 669 cals burned (keep fit )
Wed: 2261 calories burned (75 min workout on wii)(aerobics class)and 2 hours in the gym
Thur: 1802 calories burned (at the gym doing 185 mins at aerobic/kickboxing/boxrobics all in one class.(i hurt after this one
Fri: 2156calories burned (doing kickboxing then zumba then back to kicking)
Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)
over by 4209 so far
total=77090 -
Okay, here's my tally so far for Week 1:
Mon 2nd: 610 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 30 minute Wii My Fitness Coach core body workout)
Tue 3rd: 521 calories burned (two 2 mile walks)
Wed 4th: 641 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 30 minutes of dancing as per day 3 challenge)
Thur 5th: 628 calories burned (two 2 mile walks, 30 minutes treading water, core exercises as per day 4 challenge)
My 2 mile walks are always the same route, but depending on temperature, time of day and who I am walking with, the speed and time spent walking varies between 30 to 40 minutes (4mph to 3mph).
subtotal @ end of July 5th: 2,400 calories burned so far! I'm confident that I'll be able to burn the other 1100 calories before the weekend is over!0 -
Nice challene!! By tomorrow, the end of my week I will have 3641 calories burned. I am at 2945, as of today. so, yippee...I am completing my very first weekly challenge!! :happy:0

I decided to take an evening walk in the park after the sun went down with my neighbor and best friend. My cals burn now total 3164:

I just got my FitBit this week and it's telling me that I am burning about 300 more calories per day than the number that MFP gives me. So I am on track to lose more than a pound this week.
Monday: burned 484 calories in the pool
Tuesday: burned 548 calories doing day one shred and then in the pool
Wednesday: burned 495 on day 2 shred and then walking to/from the parade and the fireworks
Lost power on Thursday from a storm do I didn't get to do any extra exercise, but FitBit showed about 350 extra calories burned above my BMR.
Today I did day 3 shred, 45 minutes in the pool for a total of 800 extra calories.
Total for the week is 3177.0 -
Tomorrow is shred day 4 and then more pool time.0

So afer this week I have burned 2330. I will make the challenge of 3500 this week. My issue is I can't stop eating. I have eaten a total of 6514 calories. I am supposed to have 4800 calories for the last 4 days. So although I have worked out I have eaten every calorie "earned'.
I need to find a way to either work out more or to eat less and since I am hungry all the time I better work out.

And I can proudly say that in last 7 days I have lost 0.7 kg which is about 1,5 lbs! I'm sure that I wouldn't have lost that without this challenge so I'm definitely going to do this again at my own time later0 -

Well I didn't manage the shred today but will do day 4 tomorrow morning. I guess I am going to do it every other day and give my muscles a rest in between. I did manage a couple hours in the pool today for a burn of 517, total for the week is 3671.
The scale showed a loss of 2 lbs as of today so I am very motivated to keep it up!0 -
