I am not "chicken" to check in today...LOL.... I LOST 1.5 lbs. this week, with a total of 2.6 lbs. for this challenge. Slow & steady right ?

Moving on down at a mooching pace but all hunky dory Food has been a bit haphazard due to starting a new job and having far too much sweet stuff of an eve - a "treat" is NOT an every day event. So my challenge is to get back on an even keel food wise and maybe pick up the pace with my evening walk home - it does include going up a hill and boy do I feel it!0 -

Well, I finally lost all of that dang water gain from TOM - or al least all but .2 of it. But the new meds they gave are helping a bit with the retention. The rest is all me - poor food choices and lack of formal exercise. But I'm getting back on track and hoping to see a good loss for next week.0 -
