Well guys...I'm up 3 lbs. this week but I feel great b/c I have lost a LOT of inches every where and down a whole pants size...HOORAY!!! So I guess it is true...numbers on the scale don't matter! Really wish I could have both. I have increased my calorie intake in hopes this will trigger my weight loss again since I hear that eating too little calories could stop a person from losing any weight. Let's see how this week goes, hopefully I'll have some loss to report next week.
Most everyone seem to be doing great...keep up the hard work and let the weight fall off! WTG!0 -

Ok, my pledges are
1. Drink water only not diet carbonated drinks
2. Exercise every week day, outdoor fitness or gym. Bike ride and walk where possible, avoid car.

This was a rough week, with not enough sleep, too much heat and humidity, and just plain too much stress: Hubby is on vacation, but spent the entire week working on a sewer/plumbing project that isn't done, and the results of which are a little questionable. He's doing this project because my daughter and family are moving in with us this month. And Wednesday is his birthday. Our kids are coming tomorrow for a party (our once or twice a year gathering of his family/my family). Supposed to be about 90 degrees, and now might thunder. What do I do with all of these people, including four grandkids aged 3, 4, 5 and 6, in the house, with high heat, high humidity and no A/C???
Hopefully not what I did this evening, and have a melt down!
I did well eating this week, as I do most weeks. I could have done better with the exercising. Forming a good habit to exercise is hard.

I was gone all weekend and ate horribly! I was back up to 140 this morning after being down to 136 last week but im getting my butt back on track so that I can be confident in my bridesmaid dress in less then a month!0
