Had my physical on Tuesday and my BP is 125/83 and cholesterol is 161!

This healthy living is paying off already!

Almost halfway to my overall goal!

    Nicely done! My annual is in December and I'm hoping to be off at least one of my meds after that!

    Fantastic News!!! Congratulations, I go in for my annual checkup in October and hope to be off all meds by then. You are proof this new lifestyle is paying off.
