    Ok day 2 week 4
    Done all sets 25 , 29 , 25 , 25 , and only managed the max req this time of 36... Oh and must add collapsed in a heap lol

    My Physical Therapist (AKA Physical Terrorist) believes in Pain and Torture. She really pushed me hard on Monday and Tuesday. My butt and especially my core are still sore, and I was given a not-so-gentle reminder when I did the first one. But I made it through all of the sets, with two extra on the maximum before I became jelly! Ya-hoo!!!

    I wonder if we'll all do a little less before we start to see the numbers get better? It would make sense! We've got to build those muscles up...though you are WAY ahead of most of us! :laugh:

    Was thinking that myself after finishing this 1 ... That was hard .. What I might do is stay on this week for a few more weeks till I feel really comfortable .. Plus I won't b so far ahead !!!

    ok wednesday stats
    to do 14/19/14/14/19. did all on my knees :( my arms and pecs are really sore from monday so I may repaeat this week until i feel stronger and able to do standard push ups!

    completed! I did it on the app on my phone but the numbers are different than the site. I don't remember the numbers that were on the app.. but none the less i did it!
