Done all sets 25 , 29 , 25 , 25 , and only managed the max req this time of 36... Oh and must add collapsed in a heap lol0 -

My Physical Therapist (AKA Physical Terrorist) believes in Pain and Torture. She really pushed me hard on Monday and Tuesday. My butt and especially my core are still sore, and I was given a not-so-gentle reminder when I did the first one. But I made it through all of the sets, with two extra on the maximum before I became jelly! Ya-hoo!!!0 -

Was thinking that myself after finishing this 1 ... That was hard .. What I might do is stay on this week for a few more weeks till I feel really comfortable .. Plus I won't b so far ahead !!!0 -
