Day Two Goals

Hey guys! I wanted to set myself a mini-goal for each day of this challenge so I thought I'd put it on here and if others have mini-goals they can put them here too!

My goal for today is to get in 45 minutes of cardio. Monday I was only able to make it for 35 min so I'm gonna push it today and see if I can make it happen!

    go to the gym! I havent decided what i'm going to do when i get there, but thats my goal for today

    My goal for today is to do day 2 of C25K on my lunch break and do 30DS when I get home from work! Yesterday I went over on my calories...so I'd like to get 2 workouts in today. Anyone else doing the 30DS?

    Did my first C25K app and my group mini goal of tricep extentions!!!! My goal is to workout every day of this challenge.

    My goal for today is to do day 2 of C25K on my lunch break and do 30DS when I get home from work! Yesterday I went over on my calories...so I'd like to get 2 workouts in today. Anyone else doing the 30DS?

    I'm thinkiong of starting back up with it, but debating since I have a gym membership and feel like I should make use of that :)

    Love 30DS, but I'm a HUGE wimp and I haven't decided if I want to start again NOW or wait til after I get used to being active again. Also, I live in a second floor apartment so no jumping, will just have to do punches or something :)

    I'm I total wimp too! The first day of 30DS almost killed me...and I didn't even do all the moves. But I'm determined to see if I keep with it if it will get easier :wink:

    I was going to do my first day of 30DS yesterday but decided to do a back to back day of C25K. I've been enjoying being outside! I confess I have been putting it off because I'm so scared! Mostly that I won't be able to keep up. Any idea on the calories burned during the 1st stage of 30DS?
