Hi everyone! My name is Kat, I'm 22 and I currently live in Glasgow. Right now I'm doing P90 and hill walking when I can (baby Munro bagger here!!) Feel free to add me - its always nice to have extra support! X

    Hi! P90 is a home exercise programme - its the 'baby' version of P90X! Thanks - I know what you mean about the weather, saying that I've had a couple of great walks this year!
