upper body exersices,steatches for 10 min
and tell how you are feeling..I feel pretty good for the day it has been.. I woke up early and had to work..

I felt pretty good and kept busy all day

How I feel:I am alittle tired since I didn't sleep to good last night.

I did some stretches about 5 min/arm twirls 30 each way.
How I feel:Feel better today than yeasterday.. Alittle sore in my back but feel pretty good today

How do you feel: I feel stiff tonight.I cleaned a house after work for a lady. 2hrs of cleaning. Hot Tub here I come.
