Well, I had better get my butt in gear if I want to meet that 25 lbs mark by the end of September. Losing, but VERY slowly! But - where I'm most excited is that from when I started this journey with MFP at the end of last year - I have lost a total of 17 inches from my body - as a whole. And that't not too darn bad!
Initial Weight 6/07: 307.8 lbs
Week 1 6/14: 308.6 - up 1 lb.
Week 2 6/21: 305.06 - down 3lbs ( total loss - 2.2 lbs)
Week 3 6/28: 307.6 - up 2 lbs (total loss - .2 lbs)

Bit rubbish going back up, but in truth totally understandable given my last weekend's drinking and this week's cake habit. So rather than making any new habits for this week, my resolve is for ... no bad ones!
