Let's see how everyone has been doing! I'm excited to see some results from you guys! Remember, eating healthy, eating enough and adding exercise, sleep and lots of water will definitely help in the weight loss!

oh and i'm the same, no change, but that's a good thing considering I ate like a crazy person this weekend and TOM is hanging around!0

I woke up this morning feeling "skinny" even if the scale showed me I wasn't.I noticed an unusual bump on my arm, and then realized it wasn't new fat or swelling ... it was new muscles! So, I'm not as worried about my weight as I would be otherwise!0 -

Hiya, my SW was 166 in June, I lost 3 lbs last weigh in (July 11) and my current weight is 150 lbs for a total loss so far of 16 pounds.0
