Morning! Am new to the site and also to Slim in 6 (in fact I'm still waiting for it to drop through the letter box) - is there anyone else doing this program?

    I have seen it advertised and quite fancy it, haven't used it though, where did you buy yours? amazon??

    I bought it direct from Slimin6.co.uk - it is a collection of DVD with different exercise routines to use over a six week period, plus other goodies. Have spent a fortune on gym membership over the last six months and am soooooo bored with it, decided that I was more than ready for a change.
