I was deciding whether to go on a run or take a nap. I ate a DELICIOUS and unhealthy lunch (scallop sandwich, clam chowder, and beer), and I was SO tired this afternoon. I didn't want to run. BUT, because of this challenge, I went out and ran farther than I had planned. I only needed 2.2 to finish off my 7 miles of running for the week, and I did 3.25. I also did an 8 mile bike ride yesterday.
Totally met and exceeded my goals for week 2. Way On Track for the month!0 -
