Wow... how the HECK did the year get to be half-over already?
My July Challenges:
-track track track track... calories and workouts
-gym at least 3x a week
-weight training at least 2x a week
-two long walks (6-milers....)

Finished my first week of p90x. Three and one-half more to go in July and 8 more to go before I start it over:). I do love this program and find it so beneficial to me.0
