Monday was day 1 for me,
LVL 2, completed all the setts, and managed 8 for the final set.0 -

10/10/8/8/11. Today was hard! I was able to do the first 2 sets but the last 3 I had to do modified push ups. my arms were just shaking to much. I still don't have much arm pain though (thankfully)0

I took a four day weekend and totally unplugged from the internet. Man it felt great! Good to be back though.0
