I have realized that my top mini goal shoud be learning to love myself. that has been something I have struggled with a lot. the questions remains how does someone learn to do that when they themselves have never received love.

    I struggle with the same issue. Something that has really helped me to see myself differently and to start learning to love myself is i read a book called," do you think i"m beautiful" by Angela Thomas.The book is about how God sees us and how that should be what we base our self love on. she quotes a scripture in proverbs that i absolutely love, it says, " the king is enthralled with your beauty".

    That is no "mini goal" some people spend a life time learning how to do that me included. As a teenager I was a victim of child abuse and did not utter the word "love" for six years. Learning about God's love has shown me that if He loves me then I need to start loving myself.
