Week 2, Wednesday 7/18/12

wow I'm starting to feel the pain.
I think this week my body is tired. how are you all feeling??

I need to remember to put my dog away next time, cause she sees me going up and down and thinks I'm playing with her and keep trying to lick my face... lol

    Well, I blew it! I totally missed the Monday session. I planned to do it yesterday, but that didn't happen, either. I was tempted to ignore it, and skip to Wk2, Day 2 ... but decided that the program is set up with a plan in mind ... so, even though I went longer than I should have I went with Wk 2, Day 1 today. At some point, I'll try to catch up. I'll shoot for Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. :sad:

    Life is insane. My adult daughter and her family are moving in with us on Saturday. I'm going insane, trying to get the house ready for them to have their own space. Almost there!!! :heart:

    58 years old. 6 standard pushups on initial test. Rank/Column 2
    Week 1: Exceed the max each day! (2, 2, 3)

    Week 2, Day 1 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 14! (11 required!)

    Almost made it to 15, but couldn't go the extra. Glad to see that I didn't go backwards. I guess moving boxes and furniture all around has helped! Drinking a ton of water, too.

    Cheers to those who continue to be faithful to this challenge! It isn't easy ... but it sure feels good, doesn't it?!? :drinker:

    I'm on the tues thurs sat plan this week...lol repeating the 3rd week till I get a lil stronger so u have not lost me my friends just got sidetracked on Monday so keep up the great work!!!!!!!
