anyone else watching this season? seems like its taken a while to build up the story line this round compared to other seasons.

    Looking back on it, I kind felt like all the seasons took awhile to pull the threads together. I'm not really seeing this one stand out on that front for me.

    It has been a bit slow to develop as far as Russell Edgington is concerned.

    I totally agree, waaay too many people and problems to follow. True Blood totally activates my geek boner but this season has been a little (by a little I mean a megaton) too slow.

    With regard to the number of sub plots going on, I'm a little torn. I was so bored out of my mind with the protagonist in last season (attempting to avoid spoilers here), that I kind of prefer this season.

    I love true blood, but I kind of feel it has run its course.....

    I dont want to fall out of love with it because it gets boring, if you know what I mean.

    I understand it's supposed to be different from the books, but I agree there are way too many story lines going on. Ie Terry and the fire/smoke/wanna-be Lost monster.

    They would do great to keep it simple. And I wish they would introduce Quinn (for those of you who read the books).

    DW and I agree, Cara. Though, I think that this is generally a better season than the last one.

    It has felt slower this season, with a lot of plots...


    But wtf is up with the 50 minute episodes???? :angry:
