Hey guys!
I'm 5"3 and 162lbs. I'm looking to loose about 40lbs of fat. I have a membership with Extreme fitness (I go to the location at Yonge and Dundas) and would love a workout buddy!!
I mostly take high impact and/or advanced classes but also spend some time on the elliptical and strength training machines.
If anybody would like to sweat their *kitten* off at the gym with me let me know!
(I don't care if you're a man, woman, black, brown, white, have 5 or 500 lbs to lose... as long as you don't care that I'm gay )

Hey, I also have a membership to Extreme but I go to the one at York and Wellington on my lunch break or the one on the Danforth on the weekends.
Good luck!0 -
Thanks for the reply! How do you handle the lunch break workout? I can't imagine getting there, getting changed, getting a good workout, showering, getting changed again, getting back to work and getting a bite to eat all in one hour! How do you do it?0

I'm lucky because I actually get an hour and 15 minutes for my lunch so that really helps. Otherwise, I eat half my lunch around 11:30ish, go to the gym for 12:45pm and then eat the rest of my lunch when I get back to my desk at 2:00pm. Also, the gym is across the street from my building so it only takes me 2 minutes to get there. With changing, cleaning up and getting back and forth, I actually work out for about 45 minutes depending on the day. It's not a lot but it's enough if I do it everyday.0
