Ok everyone, we are 3 weeks in, can't wait to hear results!!!

    7/1: 155.4 <--- Whooo hoo!!! Down 2.8 pounds since last week! (Also down 2.8 pounds since we started.)

    I wasn't sure why last week was up.
    I increased my water consumption this week. I think that's helping!

    This week I am down to 141.5lbs from 143.5 last week. Yay back on track!

    From 206 to 201 to 200. Not much happened this week. Probably need to amp up exercise. Don't think i can eat any lesser :)

    Yea, I'm starting to feel a difference...
    Working for 150 by aug. 8th. It's a push but we have a family vacation and I would love to be 150 by then. Then 145 by mid sept when I see some college buddies.

    Final goal 140 by this challenge due date.
