Perfect snack for me is Trader Joe's Ginger Snaps. Six cookies are 140 calories. They curb my sweet tooth!!! You can dip them in low-Greek yogurt and it tastes like a cheesecake! Well, kinda! :happy:0

So lately I've been snacking on carrots and dill pickle chips (together). My parents used to bring them home from a diner they went to. I've found them to be another good "salty" snack alternative and it's extremely low in calories. Love the crunch.0

I have been LOVING Wonderful Roasted Almonds. Yes, they are called Wonderful Roasted Almonds.

These are so good, but if you are watching calories and fat grams, make sure that you just eat 1/4 cup or 24 of these little babies. I eat them daily as a snack at my desk, and almonds are indeed good for you!0 -
Yes, almonds are a great snack. I've been eating the raw almonds form Trader Joe's. I portion them out per serving in a snack sized ziploc and throw them in my purse.0

I worry about any type of nuts because the calorie count is so high. Is it filling when you can only eat so few?0

I eat them because they are a good source of protein and low in carbs. I try to keep my snacks no more than 200 cals and choose things that will tide me over until my next meal.0
