Today is another day to choose life or death? My goal is to choose life today. When I am in or (way on the other side) of food,
I might as well be dead. I become physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually dead inside. This is information I have learned about myself I cannot ignore.

    trapperanne, it is so good when we can look onto ourselves and find things we see, and want to change them, that is awesome. I too choose life today! And today has been an 8. We are going to seafood buffet, so I have to be careful of what and how much I eat.
