I'll get this going, before I forget to post!

58 years old. 6 standard pushups on initial test. Rank/Column 2
Week 1: Exceed the max each day! (2, 2, 3)

Week 2, Day 1 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 14! (11 required, over by 3!)
Week 2, Day 2 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 17! (13 required, over by 4!)

I can feel that I am getting stronger! Moving boxes and furniture, and picking up my 52 pound granddaughter sure is helping!!! Helping my daughter move tomorrow will be a bit easier, too, because of this challenge!

I'm doing almost three times what I did when I first started. If I hadn't missed Monday, I'd be even better. :(
I'm going to try to do Sunday/Tues/Thursday/Saturday, so I can get back on track with the rest of you.
Hopefully this weekend will be the Sunday.

Keep going, guys! We are making progress!!! :)

Brunagota: Love the story about your dog! Thanks for the smile! :)

I'm glad it made you smile!

what I notice this week is that doing the pushups, plus taking swimming classes is killing me! maybe I need to stretch more after or something cause my arms are in pain!

    it was : 12/13/10/10/15
    I did : 12/13/10/10/15

even with the pain I wont give up!

Don't forget that for week 3 you have to take the inicial test again!

If you managed 16-20 push ups in the latest test, follow column 1.
If you completed between 21 & 25, column 2 is for you.
More than 25 consecutive push ups? Excellent! You'll be following column 3.

I took the test today and did exactly 20, but the column 1 looks too easy for me and column 2 looks like I can do it but I will be in pain.. so what Im going to do is repeat week 2 ...

    see you all next week!

Erm… I'm a day behind — today will be day 3 of week 2 for me — but I'm confused as to when I'm supposed to do my exhaustion test? Do they mean the final set from day 3 of week 2, or are you supposed to wait a few hours so your muscles can recuperate, and then do the exhaustion test?

you should wait a day or so and than take the test
