Hi Everyone,
I posted this to the boards but don't know where all the age 40 women are that are my height. Maybe someone here is. I'm 44, started mfp 1 year ago and lost 111 pounds. I'm getting a lot of "you don't need to lose anymore weight" comments from my friends. I was 277 pounds when I started losing and I'm 166 now. I want to reach 150. What's your goal weight?
Here's my pictures if anyone wants to see and you can see where I started and how I look now.

Hi wow I am 44 also, turning 45 this may and I am 5'8" and want to get to 145 or 150. that is where I felt comfortable in my twenties but I dont know if I will get to 145 again as now I am weight lifting and have a lot more muscle thank God! so I would be happy at 150. I am 165 right now so pretty much the same as you!0

I think it is all about how YOU feel. It is the inner you that you need to listen to. A couple years ago, I was down to 130 and felt that I looked good but I did not have much obvious muscle tone; I was simply thin. I looked and felt best at 142 with a good attitude, lower BMI, and a little bit of muscle. Right now, I am 141 but don't look or feel as good as when I was 142 and toned.0

I'm 5'7" and got down to 145. People were seriously worried and kept asking if I had cancer. For me, I learned that my body is healthier at 150-155. Seriously look at yourself, how you feel, and evaluate with your doctor. Adding weight from exercise isn't a bad thing!0

I am 42, 5'8" , and pear shaped. (i guess thats what they call it) bottom heavy is how i like to refer to it.
Based on the charts i should weight around 165lbs. When i first started on this weight loss journey my lowest weight was 170 (i hated it) I lost all my voluptuousness. I looked like a crackhead! My husband was not very pleased as my large bottom no longer exsisted. (I hate to admit it, but i agreed with him) I must agree with the prior comment about it is all in how you feel at the weight that you are. I feel sexier at about 180lbs. What a difference 10lbs made. Ive gained about 12lbs in the last two months but i striving to loose it and get my sexy back!!!0
