Just had my first weight in for this challenge. Down 2.7 lbs! YAY!! Hoping to be down 9 more pounds by halloween!

My week one results weren't as great. I gained 1 pound. :ohwell: Oh well, last week I lost 5 pounds, so I'll just count some as carry over from then! :laugh:

My weigh-day is Tuesday morning. I've walked A LOT this past week; 21+ miles since Monday morning. Will have another 11 under my belt on Tuesday morning....so wish me well in, I hope, a pound or two to be gone! Will share whether it's good or bad .:flowerforyou: :sad:0

The scale was messed up at my gym last week but hopefully it'll be fixed this week. I know I haven't gained and hoping I've lost. Last week I was 207 and I'm trying to lose 2 pounds a week. We will see! ♥0

My results weren't so great either I had a net gain of 1 lbs so I know have 35 lbs loose, but I have also had a very trying week! I can do this though!0

Awesome job to anyone that has lost weight so far! I haven't lost any yet. I ordered The new rules of lifting for women and can't wait to get started doing more strength training. I do some now but am SO ready to get more going on! Strong getting stronger!0
