58 years old. 6 standard pushups on initial test. Rank/Column 2
Week 1: Exceeded the max each day! (by 2, 2, 3)

Week 2, Day 1 - 7/18 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 14! (11 required, over by 3!)
Week 2, Day 2 - 7/20 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 17! (13 required, over by 4!)
Week 2, Day 3 - 7/23 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 20 modified! (15 required)
Week 2, Day 3 - 7/25 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 16 standard (15 required, over by 1)

Since I am really pushing myself with my daughter's move, and the after-cleanup, I'm going to repeat Wk2D3 for the third time on Friday.

Saturday will be my retest.
Monday I'll start Week 3, Day 1.
I'll be a week behind my original plan, but I'm quite comfortable with that! And, it sounds like others, will be going at the same pace. :)

Janey: Glad to hear your wrist has improved.

Brunagota: Just curious: Are you going to repeat the initial test again, to see if you've made improvements this week?

Our numbers are shrinking, but WE are strong!!! Keep it going!

    Thank you, wish i had a better wrist, it's been an issue for years. I'm still on week 2, but man alive, it's a butt kicking deal! I can barely do the max. I have to push myself and to be honest, i haven't really pushed myself over the max. I will try tonight!

    Actually, I'm doing them right now. One more set then it's MAX time. I won't post until I do the max......

    Okay, the max was 15, I did 16. I'm out of breath!

    Ugh i feel horrible I feel off the wagon this week, was away for a few days with family so I will start back monday.

    week 2 day 2 14/16/12/12/19 not the best. then again, i was trying to do them at 2 am, after doing cardio and lifting.... so :-)
