How is everyone doing this week ?

I am doing pretty well. Weighed in and LOST 1.1 lbs. !!! :smile:

    Dealing with an exetremely pain TOM this week and currently about 1 lb up from last week's weight in. Based on the bloated skin on my hands and feet - I'm attributing it to my normal TOM symptons - and happy that at the moment it is only 1 lb. However, I refuse to acknowldge his water gain crap any longer and so I'm calling this week a wash from my last weigh in.

    I'll be pushing to show the loss for next week! Hope everyone has a good week!

    I have been a little (ok a lot) off track for the last month 1/2 , with all these grad parties, family reunions, camping trips, etc. Started eating fast food again and not really getting any excercise! I have to step it up, Ugh, Im not going to quit, just need to keep moving forward, and remembering I am still down 20 lbs! My goal for next week is to go for a walk at least 4 days out of the 7 and I am going to borrow my daughters ab lounge and use it 3 days out of the 7.... I will let ya know how I did.. Thanks for the support, its nice to have friends with similar goals. Christine

    Well, I am the same 178 this weigh in. I plan to push hard for the next two weeks to meet a mini goal of 175 before vacation. And while on that vacation to not put an ounce back on, lol. Good luck eveybody, losing weight isn't easy but am glad to have support from my fitness pals ::flowerforyou:

    Have been MIA for last couple of weeks basically celebrating turning the big 40! Not the only think turning big if I don't put the brakes on and get back on track :tongue:
    Properly enjoyed the celebrations, had a wonderful birthday and the most delicious french patisserie cake so now to get back on it ... pronto!

    Well, I too have been having way too much fun and not following 'my plan' all that well for the past month. I have been drinking way too much wine, beer, Mike's and lets not forget the margaritas lately. I need to get cracking and get back on track!

    I am really embarassed to post this cuz you are all going to know how truly naughty I was on my mini vacation, but here goes....should make you all feel a tiny bit better. I gained 5.1 pounds last week!!!! I about died when I saw that, I will be much better this week.

    Well ~ after a few good weeks- I lost it last week~ and I'm not talking in a good way :sad:
