New and need motivation lol
Hey! I’m Ashlee (Ash) I’m 32 and am currently 5”3 and 175.4 pounds and my goal weight is 150. I used to be 115 but with medications it’s been pretty hard to keep the weight off and aging from my twenties into my thirties certainly has not helped at all. I have realized I can no longer eat the way I did at 22 lol.
