Hey! I’m Ashlee (Ash) I’m 32 and am currently 5”3 and 175.4 pounds and my goal weight is 150. I used to be 115 but with medications it’s been pretty hard to keep the weight off and aging from my twenties into my thirties certainly has not helped at all. I have realized I can no longer eat the way I did at 22 lol.

Hey Ashlee. Welcome! At first it was very hard for me to change my eating habits because I was kind of on autopilot. Some days I will eat out of boredom or stress and not even realize had 5-6 meals that day. Tracking my weight and my food daily has helped be more aware of how much and what kind of food, I eat on a regular basis. I didn’t change my food choices but by eating less meals and trading regular drinks for Diet or water, really helped me drop weight in the beginning. That initial weight loss encouraged me to keep going and I started making healthier choices. Now I am very aware how many times a day, I eat and the kind of food, I am putting in my body. This app has created awareness for me and I hope it does the same for you.0
