So my plan to get this ball rolling is to, first log everything...everyday in MFP and exercise 5 to 6 times a week. Exercise consisting of running and strength training.
How about a challenge to move 20 minutes more than you normally do for each day this week?
Hello, I am trying to stay accountable for the holidays and found in my last Oct. challenge that it kept me motivated. I'm looking forward to this. I track all my food and excercise (bike,row and crossfit) 4x a week. I would like to lose 10 lbs and gain muscle.
